Director of Fund Development

Director of Fund Development researches and identifies fundraising opportunities, leads fundraising efforts, and develops and maintains donor relationships. Director of Fund Development also works with the Executive Director to establish annual fundraising plans and oversees the implementation of the plans, works with the Director of Marketing Communications to develop fundraising campaign communications, and assists Fundraising Campaign Managers in running fundraising campaigns.

Fundraising Campaign Managers

A Fundraising Campaign Manager spearheads a fundraising project and manages the fundraising campaign, develops goals and action plans, leads the campaign team in fundraising events, and builds relationship and increases visibility in the community.
 
This position is on a campaign basis which provides flexibility for people who want to implement a great fundraising idea without being commited in a longer term.

Fundraising Coordinators

A Fundraising Volunteer assists a Fundraising Campaign Manager in achieving the goals of a fundraising project, coordinates in fundraising events and maintains communication with supporters.

This position can be on an event basis or ongoing depending on your commitment level.

Operations Auditor

Operations Auditor assesses the organization’s operational, financial, compliance, and other associated risks, identifies opportunities for improving operational processes based on audit outcomes to minimize risks, and performs audit related investigation as directed by Executive Director.

Program Associates (Nepal)

A Program Associate works as a liaison between a local school and the Project Manager, assists the school in delivering budgeted programs, monitors and assess program implementation, builds relationships with the local community, and identifies future program opportunities.

This position is based in Nepal.

Volunteer English Tutors

An English Tutoring Volunteer assists English teachers in a supported school with classes or lead own classes, delivers interactive extra-curricular programs to help students improve conversational and written English. Volunteering length, with a minimum of two weeks, can vary depending on the volunteer’s availability.

Free accommodation in the local school and necessary assistance for the stay will be provided. But volunteers will have to raise fund by themselves for all other related expenses.
 
If English is your first language or has been your main spoken language in the past 10 years, you can help Nepali kids improve their English skills. This will also be a great way for you to experience local life and learn about local culture.
